Multicultural Marketing

A defining element of my career journey is placing a much needed emphasis on diversity in the content I shape and create online. As a result, I have successfully spearhead all identity-centered social media campaigns for the AMA (e.g. Pride, Women in Medicine Month, Black History Month, etc.). More importantly, physicians and medical students routinely comment that they feel their lives reflected in the work my team and I produce--my most prized feedback.

Highlights:
• Leads social strategy and determines creative direction for all AMA short-term campaigns and identity focused awareness dates.
• These short term campaigns earned a combined 333,499 engagements, 1,131,235 impressions and an average engagement rate of 39.28% in 2023
• In 2023, AMA Health Equity content achieved a 12.15% engagement rate, with 90,261 total engagements, 398.74 average engagements per post and 3,207 average impressions per post
